At Apdeit, we currently ship exclusively within Spain.

Shipping rates:

• Orders of €30 or more: Free shipping.
• Orders under €30: Flat shipping rate of €4.99.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

• 10-16 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and location.

Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Apdeit is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or lost shipments: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at supportapdeit@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
