Refund policy

At Apdeit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Spanish law.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must include all accessories and documentation that came with the product.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, or wear.

Return process:

  1. Email us at supportapdeit@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm the return acceptance and provide shipping instructions.
  3. Send the product to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  4. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

Refund:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • If the product arrives damaged or does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

Defective products:

  • If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
